Via Deadline.com: Brad Pitt found his military sidekick in his new Netflix feature War Machine. Anthony Michael Hall has been cast to star opposite Pitt in the satirical comedy from writer-director David Michôd (The Rover, Animal Kingdom). The project, which was inspired by the bestselling book The Operators: The Wild And Terrifying Inside Story Of America’s War In Afghanistan by the late journalist Michael Hastings, concerns a four star, “rock star” general whose lethal reputation and impeccable track record vaults him to command the American war in Afghanistan.

The Lost Shield
RATPAC Entertainment along with Manhattan Films will produce The Lost Shield. Brett and Michael are in agreement for the co-production.
Michael wrote and will direct and star in the film from his own screenplay.
It was written by Michael and and veteran NYPD detective Chris Diente.
Quentin Tarantino's cinematographer Andrzej Sekula who shot the classic films Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction as well as the 90's Classic American Psycho is on board as the cinematographer
